The members of Master Multi Tech have approved to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs. 13 crore to Rs. 16 crore.The members have approved the issue of 1,04,98,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the shareholders of Tanmai Jewels.
The members have approved to change the name of the company from Master Multi Tech to Vaishnavi Gold.
