The allotment committee of Subex has issued 1,439,521 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs of principal amount of USD 2.4 million by the holders of company`s USD 98.7 million 5% coupon convertible unsecured foreign currency convertible bonds. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to USD 81.85 million are outstanding.
