The members of Dujodwala Products in the extra ordinary general meeting held on 28 December 2009 have approved to create, offer, issue and allot in one or more tranches, to individuals and / or corporates belonging and / or not belonging to the promoter / promoter group on a preferential basis, upto 25,50,000 warrants of Rs 10 each fully paid, entitling the warrant holder with a right to apply for and be allotted one fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs 10 each against one warrant at an exercise price including premium, at a price not being less than the price determined in terms of regulation 76 (1) of SEBI ICDR Regulations.
