JSW Steel posted a growth of 88% in crude steel production during Q3 financial year 2010. The company achieved the highest ever quaterly production for rolled flat and rolled long products.
The growth in rolled products in flat and long products was 51% and 199% respectively. Including the trial production of 14.69 lakh tonnes of crude steel and 2.37 lakh tonnes of rolled products - long.
The company`s crude steel production for the 9 months ended 31 December 2009 was 4.39 million tonnes showing a growth of 59% over corresponding period of last year.
