The board of Suryachakra Power Corporation in its meeting on 04 January 2010 has decided to issue Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for an aggregate sum not exceeding US$ 100 million to the foreign investors, subject to approval of the members of the company and other statutory authorities concerned.
