The compensation committee of Jyoti Structures has allotted 16,025 equity shares of Rs 2 each arising out of stock options granted to the employees of the company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.
The committee has granted further 10,150 options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 16,025 equity shares of Rs 2 each, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 16,39,44,480 divided into 8,19,72,240 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
