The board of Pressure Sensitive Systems India in its meeing on 12 December 2009 has decided to allot 85,00,000 convertible equity warrants on preferential basis.
Further, the company has received a sum of Rs 4.50 per warrant, towards the allotment call money, aggregating to Rs 3,82,50,000 in respect of 85,00,000 convertible equity warrants on preferential basis (to be converted into of 85,00,000 Equity share of Rs. 10/- each) offered and issued pursuant of member approval at the meeting.
