The committee of HCL Technologies on 21 January 2010 has allotted 4,13,992 equity shares of Rs. 2 each under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 stock option plans of the company.
Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the company has gone upto 674,497,984 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 134,89,95,968.
