The committee of Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 33,202 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each to eligible employees of the company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002.
With this allotment, the paid up capital of the company increased to Rs. 419,229,035 divided into 83,845,807 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
