MindTree has allotted 19,282 equity shares of Rs. 50 each fully paid on 15 January 2010 to the employees/directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan.
The company has allotted 8,535 equity shares of Rs. 250 each fully paid to the employees/directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan.
The company has allotted 24,238 equity shares to the employees/directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan.
Further, the company has allotted 4,142 equity shares to the employees/directors of the company, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 A Stock Option Plan.
