The committee of Sesa Goa has allotted 20,34,128 equity shares of Re. 1 each, pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.
The paid-up equity share capital of the company would stand at Rs. 82,25,48,528 consisting 82,25,48,528 equity shares of Re. 1 each after the approval of the allotment.
