Diamond Power to manufacture HT & LT cables

Diamond Power Infrastructure has announced the commencement of trial production at its new facility at Village Vadadala Ta Savli District, Vadodara to manufacture High Tension (HT) cables and Low Tension (LT) cables.

The company`s existing HT cables capacity of 2,800 kms per annum stands increased to 5,600 kms per annum, while the company`s LT cables capacity at 8,800 kms per annum will take a quantum jump to 33,800 kms per annum from 25,000 kms.

The commencement of this trial production completes the companys ongoing expansion projects in HT and LT cables project in which the company has made an investment of over Rs. 125 crore. At 100% capacity the estimated sales of the companies expanded HT and LT cables plant would be generating sales of over Rs 950 crore.
