The committee of India Infoline on 09 March 2010 has allotted 81,200 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the company stand increased from 28,51,33,575 to 28,52,14,775 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
