Patni Computer Systems, a leading global IT and BPO services provider has received the award for innovative retention strategies at the World HRO Congress 2010. The prestigious global HRD event, which honors organizational transformation and development, saw a congregation of 189 companies from over 25 countries.
The evaluation process for the awards involved an initial screening by an Academic Council, followed by a Professional Council and a final live presentation before a jury of esteemed national and international professionals. Rajesh Padmanabhan, EVP and global HR head at Patni was also awarded the prestigious `HR professional of the year` for his leadership and contribution in the field of HR.
