The committee of Motherson Sumi Systems in its meeting on 06 March 2010 has made allotment of 21,35,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each, pursuant to conversion of zero coupon FCCBs of Euro 3.05 million.
Post allotment of above shares, the paid up capital of the company stands at Rs. 36.48 crore and balance of FCCBs at Euro 32.55 million.
