The Government of India has fixed the price band for the FPO of NMDC Limited at Rs 300 to Rs 350 per share. The FPO opens for subscription on March 10, 2010.
The company is coming out with FPO of 332,243,200 Equity Shares of Rs 1 each for cash at a price band of Rs.300 to Rs.350 through 100% book building process.
The Minimum Order Quantity is 20 Equity Shares and in multiples of 20 equity shares.
The FPO closes for subscription on Friday - March 12, 2010.
