The committee of UltraTech Cement on 08 March 2010 has allotted 1,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, pursuant to the exercised of stock options under the company`s Employee Stock Option Scheme.
Upon the allotment, the equity share capital of the company will stand increase to 124,487,079 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 124.49 crore.
